They must:

• Arrive in their Zaruri Hai uniform
• Show their photo ID when requested — without any hesitation
• Follow the service brief given by the customer
• Maintain respectful communication at all times
• Leave the workspace clean after the job

They must not:

• Negotiate prices directly with the customer (pricing is fixed on the app)
• Use the customer's personal information for any purpose other than the booking
• Return to a customer's home without a new booking
• Bring anyone else along without the customer's knowledge
• Take photos inside the customer's property
