A standard deep clean does not include: utensil washing, wall and ceiling washing, floor polishing, wood/furniture polishing, and wet shampoo of sofas, carpets and mattresses. How often should you deep clean?

Almost nothing — our team brings all equipment and cleaning products. We only ask that you remove valuables and cash from cabinets and wardrobes before internal cleaning, and that running water and electricity are available at the site.

Do I pay an advance to book?

Pricing is transparent and shown before you book. For most homes you pay after the clean; very large jobs may need a part-advance, which is shown clearly upfront — never a hidden charge.

Are your cleaners verified?
